Cylinder Wrap & Pipe Lagging

What is it?

GreenStuf^® ECO Wrap^® is a thermal wrap designed for insulating older electric hot water cylinders to help reduce heat loss from the stored water. GreenStuf^® ECO Wrap^® is made from a reinforced flame retardant aluminium foil, laminated to a soft polyester blanket.

ECO Wrap^® can also be used as a thermal pipe wrap for insulating hot water pipes to further help reduce heat loss.

Thermal Performance

GreenStuf^® ECO Wrap^® will reduce the energy needed to keep stored water hot. Thermally efficient water heating saves energy costs and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) estimate that wrapping an older cylinder can save in excess of $80 per year in water heating costs.
